I got this salsa recipe from one of the hispanic sisters in the ward who gave a cooking class. It is very HOT!
Chili Salsa
5 dried guajillo chile peppers
water
1 glove garlic
1/4 to 1/2 medium onion
Take the stem ends off the chilies and remove the seeds. Put in saucepan with a small amount of water. Cook until the chilies are soft. Put everything inot a blender and blend. Refrigerate until ready to use.
