Does anyone have any low carb (& child friendly) recipes that are pretty easy to make? We need something new to eat!

Merry said they made shish kabobs that were good load 'em with chicken and veggies we would it with eat with brown rice.

Try this one:
Chicken Fruit Salad
6 servings
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/3 c. fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 cup cubed cooked chicken
2 cups seedless grapes
3 large fresh peachs, chopped (2 1/4 cups)
3 medium celery stalks, diced (1 1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves (opt.)
1. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise in medium bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes until chilled.
