We are going to make this Saturday our "Pumpkin Day", based on the book with the same title by Nancy Elizabeth Wallace.

In the book the family has pumpkin pancakes for breakfast, picks out and carves a pumpkin, eats pumpkin pie, roasts pumpkin seeds, and makes pumpkin muffins.

Any other suggestions for possible Pumpkin Day activities?

Our fall activities have included picking the perfect pumpkin, racing in the hay maze and apple picking. But our adventures here end on the 30th and then we are off to UT
