It's from Pirates of the Caribbean.
Cody was supposed to be a skeleton pirate, like in the movie (but he ended up looking more like a dead motorcyle rider). Chandler was supposed to just be a skeleton, but decided at the last minute that he wanted to be what Cody was going to be.
