Remove remaining stove pipe from fireplace and patch roof,
paint exterior of house,
cement side of house,
install new garage door,
install new swamp cooler,
replace shower head,
plant garden,
and that is all I can think of off the top of my head.

Close in our existing carport, and add either another carport or a garage.
Reroof our house.
Tile our kitchen.
Put a pergola over our patio, or else enclose the patio.
Refinish our wood floors.
Insulate our crawl space.
Replace the laundry room door.
etc, etc, etc.
