I am looking for some really easy crockpot recipes or just any quick and easy recipe. I am getting tired of making the same things and I am looking to add some new grubb to our menu. Any one have some that they don't mind sharing? Any secret family recipes?

I know it is not hot there yet, but it sure is getting hot here. This week I am doing recipes that require very little cooking: BLT's, macaroni salad, egg salad sandwiches, etc. Not very exciting or original, but it is different from what we have been eating the past few months.

Tater Tot Casserole
(This is the easiest tater tot casserole recipe I've used!)

1 lb lean ground beef
1 can cr. of chicken soup
1 bag tater tots
cheese
onions

Mash raw hamburger into bottom of a 9x13 pan. Add minced onions, if you like. Spread soup over meat. Top with tater tots. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

American Tacos
(kind of like taco salad, but with the toppings backwards!)

1 lb ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can undrained kidney beans
6-8 flour tortillas (or you can use tortilla chips)
grated cheese
lettuce
sour cream
onions

Brown ground beef. Drain. Add tomato soup and kidney beans. Heat.

Tear tortillas into chunks and put on your plate. Top with meat, cheese, lettuce, onions, sour cream, etc.

Hawaiian Haystacks

The possibilities are endless!!!
Arrange ingredients buffet-style. Cooked rice is the base of this meal. Then add whatever toppings you like, along with a 'gravy'.

Suggestions for toppings (don't have to use them all -- use whatever you have):
chow mein noodles
cooked, cubed chicken
chopped celery
grated cheese
pineapple chunks
almonds
stir-fry veggies
sunflower seeds
mushrooms
peas
green onions
coconut
cashews
mandarin oranges
bamboo shoots
water chestnuts
olives
raisins
shredded carrots
peanuts
ham chunks
etc, etc

cr. of chicken soup diluted with some milk so it is like gravy. Or could top with sweet & sour sauce.
