Isn't "blog" short for "web log"? Kind of like an online journal?
We are fine here. Cody's birthday is tomorrow. Wade & I saw Star Wars III yesterday. Jordyn leaves for Washington D.C. on Tuesday. She comes back Sunday. Chandler is so excited because he is "almost to his thumb!" (as he puts it). If you don't get it, hold up 4 fingers (Chandler's age). When he is 5, he will be able to hold up his thumb, too.

I liked SW, but I thought it was sad. I guess that was the point of it, though.
It is a pretty intense movie. I won't let my kids see Lord of the Rings, either, but we let them see Pirates of the Caribbean.
We are pretty picky about what we will let our kids watch, but we decided to let them see SW III. We are taking our 2 oldest ones.
Since I don't approve of some of the previews they showed (definitely not appropriate for my kids), we will be arriving at the theater a little late.
I guess I think my kids can handle it. I know it is an individual thing. Kids have their whole lives to watch stuff like that. If you don't want them watching it now, then that's good. I don't think you're being too cautious.
Have your kids seen any of the Harry Potter movies? They were kind of intense for Cody.

Hey Weston and I are going to D.C on Thursday and Friday's before we head over to Shauna's!! Who knows maybe we will see Jordyn there! If they have a planned schedule let me know and maybe I can plan to be at the same place and time as they are planning.

About SW III... We took our kids to see it last night. They were fine through all of it, but we covered Cody's eyes in the part when that guy got burned. (I don't want to ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen it!)
