If you like to decorate cakes you've got to check out this guy.  The cake boss!  He's fantastic and so are his cakes.
 click bottom picture on the bottom left corner to see some of  his cakes.  there's a race car, pool table, aquarium, apple orchard, motor cycle, castle, robot and more.  the one he mad for the Oprah show yesterday was kind of like the orchard one, but much more elaborate.  the whole thing was eatable.  even the chocolate tree branches and trunk.  couldn't find a picture of it to post on his site or Oprah's  or to even link to.  I did post his recipes for red velvet cake and cream cheese frosting on simply delicious.  again, no picture.
